I pour my heart into creating each piece so your customers can enjoy something unique, high-quality, and gift-ready right out of the box. • Scan for Available Scents To make browsing easy, you can view the most up-to-date list of available fragrances by scanning the QR code in the product photos. This link is always current — scents that are temporarily out of stock are highlighted in red so you can plan your order accordingly. • Scent Options With over 200 fragrances to choose from, you’ll never run out of variety! Every shape can be made in any scent you prefer, or you can let us choose and I’ll create a beautiful blend of seasonal and customer favorites for your box. If you’d like to customize specific scent and color combinations, select Customization under your product options and type in your requests there. Please note there is a small additional charge for customization due to the time it takes to create scent-specific batches. • Packaging Each freshie comes sealed in a resealable scent bag that locks in fragrance until your customer is ready to open it. To smell the scent, simply peel open the bottom and reseal — it sticks right back to preserve freshness! This packaging not only protects your inventory but also makes for a polished, professional display in your shop. • Colors & Designs I carry nearly 100 colors, so please choose a color family rather than a specific shade. Because each piece is handmade, small variations may occur — and that’s part of what makes them so special! Decorations and accent details may change with the seasons or availability, ensuring each batch feels fresh and unique. I love keeping things fun and creative so your customers always find something new. Every order from Southern Scents Fragrances is made with love, care, and a little bit of Southern charm. Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
